Customer Success Specialist

RIZE is leading the way to become the standard of industrial desktop 3D printers. By utilizing our patented hybrid printing process our customers are able to produce parts with best-in-class strength and traceability that are used in a wide range of applications.

The Customer Success Specialist will join the rapidly growing Operations team to ensure the success of our growing customer base as we scale rapidly in 2019 and beyond.

In this role you will:

  • Manage support tickets for direct customers as well as through VAR’s
  • Provide technical guidance to VAR’ in order to support customer machines
  • Assist in technical training for VAR’s
  • Work with Engineering and R&D to assist in root cause failure analysis
  • Develop technical repair/maintenance procedure documents
  • Improve and maintain dashboards for management

Requirement and Attributes:

  • Raw smarts: business and practical common sense and intellect
  • Experience in 3D printing or advanced manufacturing machinery
  • Basic technical understanding of mechanical design and components
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (injection molding, forming, casting etc.)
  • Able to work independently in stressful situations
  • Ability to resolve complex issues efficiently and always focused on customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Roll-up your sleeves attitude
  • Team player that works collaboratively with others
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in 3D printing/mechanical engineering/manufacturing/ similar
  • Start-up experience a plus

Preferred Experience:

  • FDM/Ink Jet 3D printing
  • Technical document writing
  • Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Putty/other debugging programs
