RIZE Additive Manufacturing to be Showcased in Fuji booth at IMTS 2018

RIZE to Demonstrate How Its Synergies with Fuji Machine America Corporation Solutions Can Speed Production, Cut Costs and Provide Innovative Offerings for Manufacturers

WOBURN, Mass. August 27, 2018  RIZE Inc., a Boston, USA-based, next-generation additive manufacturing company, announced today that Fuji Machine, will host RIZE’s one-touch industrial 3D printer in Fuji booth 339059 at IMTS 2018 (the International Manufacturing Technology Show). RIZE Authorized Reseller, Dynamic Machine, will be on hand to demonstrate how the RIZE ONE 3D printer can be used with Fuji solutions to gain significant time and cost advantages versus traditional manufacturing processes and enable entirely new solutions for manufacturers.

Fuji Machine America Corporation provides their customers with precision machine tools with integrated Fuji robots that offer flexibility, ease of use and turnkey solutions. Fuji has over 50 years of experience providing comprehensive automated manufacturing solutions, including customized engineered touch tooling design validation, that help customers meet their production and business goals.

RIZE’s innovative and patented Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD) hybrid additive manufacturing process combines material extrusion and material jetting into one printer for a safe, appliance-like experience, including minimal post-processing after printing, no material management and no venting. RIZE’s voxel-level process also enables ink marking capability for printing part numbers directly onto parts. Ink marking also builds trust into the physical 3D printed part through RIZE’s Digitally Augmented Part capability that embeds a marker, such as a QR code, into the part. This creates an immutable digital thread between the digital and physical worlds. Manufacturers use RIZE 3D printers for on-demand production of custom and replacement tooling, jigs, work holding, gauging, fixtures and a wide variety of parts at the point of consumption.

What: In Fuji booth #339059, attendees will:

  • See how RIZE makes industrial 3D printing safe and easy
  • Experience fast, clean support removal
  • Learn how RIZE’s unique ink marking capability adds security, traceability, compliance and authenticity to functional parts and ties 3D printing to Industry 4.0 and blockchain technologies

When: September 10-15, 2018

Where: McCormick Place, Chicago, IL, USA

In its 32nd year, IMTS 2018 is a leading global manufacturing technology event attracting buyers and sellers from 117 countries. Over 115,000 attendees from all facets of manufacturing attend IMTS to learn about the latest technologies.

About RIZE

RIZE Inc. is a Boston, USA-based, next-generation additive manufacturing company defining Desktop Industrial 3D Printing. RIZE released its first product, RIZE™ ONE, which is winning industry and customer accolades. RIZE won a 2018 Frost & Sullivan award for ‘Best Practices in Technology Innovation’ and Gartner named RIZE ‘Cool Vendor in 3D Printing 2017.’ Prestigious organizations like NASA, US Army, US Navy and Merck have chosen the product for supporting their additive manufacturing needs.

RIZE ONE, the world’s first hybrid 3D printer, is a breakthrough combining two discrete technologies, material extrusion and material jetting. This enables a one-touch experience to produce parts that mimic injection-molded parts and the capability to digitally connect to Industry 4.0 technologies, all at the lowest total cost of ownership.

The breakthrough is made possible through RIZE’s patented technology called Augmented Polymer Deposition (APD), which enables inclusive multi-material printing with minimal post processing and the sustainable use of safe, non-toxic and recyclable materials.

RIZE additive solutions combine simplicity, speed, safety, strength and security, all at the most competitive price point in the industry.
